us in these economic difficult times to help families and
those in financial distress.
We are NOT a non profit
organization. We are a privately owned and operated public
servant syndicate that ensures those who are in distress will
get the help they need.
Currently we are based in New Jersey and will be expanding
through out the tri state area in the months to come.
We help families with: finding temporary shelter or
refuge, food, clothing, educational training and help
finding employment through a number of affiliated agencies.
We also rescue abandoned, mistreated animals in sistress
find good loving homes.

"positive difference".
People and animals alike are in need every day. Some are
shy, ashamed or at times cant communicate or maybe even too
proud to reach out for help. 
It is our obligation to take notice in our neighbor wether
it be a plant, animal or human being alike and address the
issues which affect each ones daily life, welfare and
conditions of living.
